Data protection declaration of consent
for participants in camps at the Young Sports football school (hereinafter FYS)

Collection and storage of personal data; Nature, purpose and use

As part of the training or camp of the YS, personal data of participants is collected, processed and, if necessary, partial data (photos and video recordings of participants without naming names) are published. Photo and video recordings from the training are part of a publication. These recordings are made on all common social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, flowplayer.com, etc.), printed products such as flyers, advertising posters, press products, photo prints, as well as YS's own media (YS homepages, instructional videos for internal training , Image videos, etc.) and possibly published and used by YS sponsors.

If a participant in the training or from YS camps does not want to appear in these photo and video recordings, we ask the legal guardians to take appropriate measures to ensure that their child / participant does not take part in such recordings and to inform us beforehand that such recordings are not desired.

I, the legal guardian (s), consent with my / our signature on the form "Consent to data processing according to GDPR" for our child / participant that the YS collects and processes personal data about the participant and photos and video recordings as described above collects, processes and transmits to the aforementioned authorized third parties. I am aware that I can revoke this consent at any time without giving reasons for the future by notifying YS by post or email of my revocation against the processing of the personal data mentioned above. By activating / filling out the opt-in field in the online registration, I / we hereby also confirm our consent

PRIVACY POLICY of the Young Sports football school:

The Young Sports football school (hereinafter: FYS) only requests data from the participants that is necessary to enable them to benefit from the YS football school. The requirements of the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-new) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are met.

Generally

As part of the FYS camps, we process personal data from you and the participants you have registered. These will be kept confidential by us (unless otherwise agreed)

treated and processed in accordance with the applicable laws - in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-new). With our data protection regulations we want to inform you which personal data we collect from you, for what purposes and on what legal basis we use them and, if necessary, to whom we disclose them. In addition, we will explain to you which rights you have to protect and enforce your data protection.

Terms

Our data protection regulations contain technical terms that are new in the GDPR and the BDSG. For your better understanding, we want to explain these terms in advance in simple terms:

"Personal data" is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable person (Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR). Details of an identified person can e.g. B. the name or the e-mail address. Personal data are also data for which the identity is not immediately apparent, but can be determined by combining your own or third-party information and thus finding out who it is. A person is z. B. can be identified by specifying your address or bank details, your date of birth or user name, your IP address and / or location data. All information is relevant here that in any way allows conclusions to be drawn about a person.

Art. 4 No. 2 GDPR defines “processing” as any process in connection with personal data. This applies in particular to the collection, recording, organization, ordering, storage, adaptation or modification, reading, querying, use, disclosure, transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or linking , the restriction, the deletion or the destruction of personal data.

With your declaration of participation in a FYS camp, you expressly consent to the electronic processing of your data and that of the participant as described above and give your CONSENT to the subsequent handling of the data.

The following explains how we handle the data entrusted to us.

The FYS needs the following data from you / your child / participant for the organization and administration of the FYS camps

  • First and last name of all registered persons / participants as well as your address data (will not be published)

  • Age / date of birth of the registered persons (will not be published)

  • Your email address (s) (will not be published)

  • Your account details for an agreed SEPA direct debit (will not be published)

  • Video data (may be published)

  • Photo data (may be published)

• Clothing / shoe size for training clothing (will not be published)

  • Association membership (will not be published)

  • possibly allergies, intolerances, illnesses, medications (will not be published)

    What is the legal basis for processing your data?

    The processing is necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract for participation in the event according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 b) GDPR. Without providing the mandatory information listed above (see - will not be published), your child cannot become a participant in a FYS camp. The personal data are processed for the above-mentioned purpose. As part of the FYS camp, it is also necessary that certain information is passed on in whole or in part to trade and service partners and sponsors. The basis for the resulting collection, processing and storage of user data by the FYS and / or its trading and service partners as well as sponsors is the EU GDPR Art. 6 Para. 1 b), which provides such a procedure for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures permitted as well as your given declaration of consent according to EU GDPR Art. 6 Para. 1 a). The data passed on may only be used by third parties for the stated purposes.

    Example: Sending name and address to partner companies / sponsors, where the participants or statutory Representatives are members and benefit from discount campaigns (e.g. for camps) (e.g. members of certain banks receive a € 5 discount). Example 2: Passing on your data to a partner service provider in order to assert any claims against you if the camp fee is not paid.

    Storage period

    Your personal data will be processed for the stated purpose. After the end of the event, we will generally delete the personal data within 12 months, unless there is another statutory retention requirement or you consent to a longer storage period.

    Affected Rights

    With regard to the data processing by the FYS described above, you have the following rights of data subjects:

    Information (Art. 15 GDPR). You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing personal data relating to you. If this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 GDPR under the conditions specified in Art. 15 GDPR.

    Correction (Art. 16 GDPR). You have the right to request us to correct any incorrect personal data concerning you and, if necessary, to complete incomplete personal data.

Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR). You have the right to ask us to provide you with

Personal data will be deleted immediately if one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. B. if your data is no longer required for the purposes we pursue.

Restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR). You have the right to demand that we restrict processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. B. If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data, the data processing will be restricted for the period that enables us to check the accuracy of your data.

Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You have the right, under the conditions set out in Art. 20 GDPR, to request the surrender of the data relating to you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

Revocation of consent (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for processing that is based on consent. The revocation applies from the time of its assertion. In other words, it works for the future. The revocation of the consent does not retrospectively make the processing illegal.

Prohibition of automated decisions / profiling (Art. 22 GDPR). Decisions that have legal consequences for you or that significantly affect you may not be based solely on automated processing of personal data - including profiling. We inform you that we do not use any automated decision-making including profiling with regard to your personal data.

Right of objection (Art. 21 GDPR). If we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 f) GDPR (to safeguard overriding legitimate interests), you have the right to object to this under the conditions set out in Art. 21 GDPR. However, this only applies if there are reasons that arise from your particular situation. After an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms. We also do not have to stop processing if it serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. In any case - regardless of a particular situation - you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct mail.

You have the right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR) with a supervisory authority. If you think that your rights have been violated during the collection, processing or use of your data, you can contact the responsible data protection supervisory authority:

Online registration form for training or camps Data transmitted via the online registration form, including your contact details, will be stored in order to be able to process your registration or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent. Exceptions to this only apply if this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you - see “What is the legal basis for processing your data? ". The data passed on may only be used by third parties for the stated purposes. The processing of the data entered in the registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your already given consent at any time. An informal e-mail notification is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data transmitted via the registration form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or there is no longer any need to store data. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Newsletter data

To send our newsletter_football camp, we need an e-mail address from you so that we can keep you up to date on the holiday camp dates. Verification of the specified email address is necessary and the receipt of the newsletter must be consented to. Additional data is not collected or is voluntary. The data is used exclusively for sending the football camp newsletter. With my / our signature on the "Consent to data processing according to GDPR" form for our child / participant, you can consent to YS sending you regular camp dates via newsletter.

The data provided when registering for the newsletter are processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your already given consent at any time. For the revocation, an informal message by email is sufficient or you can unsubscribe using the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted if you cancel. If this data has been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, it will remain with us.
